Coupon Codes

Coupon codes must be entered into the "Gift Certificate or Coupon Code" section at check out for us to validate them. Only one code can be used on a purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to purchases made before the discount was offered, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.  Free Shipping is not automatically applied, and can only be done so with a coupon code and cannot be combined with other offers. Shipping discount codes do not apply to orders outside of the U.S. or to any wholesale orders.

SHIP50 Free Shipping Restrictions: Free shipping is valid in the U.S. only on purchases of $50 or more that are shipped via USPS. Taxes and shipping costs do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement.  Eligible customers must enter the code during checkout in order to receive free shipping.  Not valid on orders shipped via UPS.  Not valid on international shipments.  This coupon cannot be applied with any other offers. 

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.  Coupons are not valid on sale merchandise.

Payment

We accept your payment by checking account, echeck or debit/credit card through Paypal- the worlds most trusted online payment system. Or through direct checkout via credit card using Authorize.net. We also have gift certificates.

SALES TAX: Due to state tax laws, we are required to charge local sales tax only in our home state of Virginia (5%).

Satisfaction Guarantee

I am very confident that our fine jewelry will meet and surpass Your expectations, as Your satisfaction is my utmost priority and goal. However, if for any reason You are not completly satisfied You may return or exchange Your item within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Unlike other companies, we do not collect a restocking fee, and guarantee a full refund or exchange. Be assured that we will always honor our guarantee of Your 100% satisfaction with Your silver jewelry purchase.

We will speedily process Your refund and credit Your account for the purchase amount, no questions asked.

RETURNS

If for any reasons You are not happy with Your purchase, return the jewelry within 30 days and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price.

A refund will be issued within 7 business days from the date of receiving back Your order in the form the payment was received.

The jewelry must be returned in its orginal condition, unworn and unaltreted in any way. We do not cover the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or broken due to our company's negligence. If You have any question please contact us by email or by phone.

How to return

  1. Please email us at contack@silara.net to let us know You are returning the jewelry. Place all the original packaging in the return box, including Your return jewelry and a copy of the invoice.

    The jewelry should be mailed in a box, not an envelope as the jewelry may be crushed in an envelope.
  3. You may want to insure Your return as we can't be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We recommend using the postal service's Delivery Confirmation that will show when Your package was delivered to us.
  4. Your return will be processed within 7 business days. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving Your returned sterling silver jewelry. You will receive an email confirming your refund.
  5. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. In case of damage, alteration or wear, a credit will not be issued. We suggest shipping insurance as we will not replace or refund jewelry lost or stolen in the mail while in delivery from You to us.

EXCHANGE

We will be happy to exchange Your jewelry.

When You send jewelry back to us please tell us (on a copy of the invoice) what jewelry You would like to receive for an exchange. Be sure to include the jewelry item style name, gemstone-type and the price. We will credit Your account for the amount of the returned jewelry, then charge You for the replacement silver jewelry and Your new jewelry will be on its way to your door.

If You would like Your jewelry to be exchanged faster - just order Your new jewelry online and also mail Your return jewelry to us. Your new jewelry will arrive in 2-3 business days, and, when we receive Your returned jewelry, we will credit Your card for the amount of purchase.
